With everything that’s moving, maybe it will be a good time to update the website, bring Tari University into it, and focus more on Ootle

The website could use an upgrade to include much more such as L2 and the council. It would make a good bounty that was a little less technical - but maybe should wait until after elections - so much is changing now.
