Mainnet connectivity issue – Explorer and Base Nodes unreachable

Hi,

Since this morning (September 22), I have been unable to connect to the Tari mainnet.

I am seeing the following:

  • Tari Universe on Windows is unable to connect.
  • My Minotari console wallet on Linux is also unable to connect to a Base Node.
  • The wallet shows no Base Node ID.
  • I tested connectivity to some of the public peers on TCP port 18189, but they were unreachable.
  • https://explore.tari.com/ is also currently returning “Failed to fetch” / “Error receiving data”.

I tested this from two different systems, so it does not appear to be limited to a single Tari installation.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue today?

Can someone confirm whether the Tari mainnet is currently producing blocks normally, or whether there is an ongoing issue with the public Base Nodes / network infrastructure?

Thanks.

There was a hard fork at block 350,000, but updated nodes are producing blocks normally with a tip of 350,283.

The seed nodes and rpc.tari.com should be back online now, would you check to see if these issues remain? There may be some lingering ripples in peers.
