I am nominating @sprucetree for the Core Contributor program as a Code CC.

@sprucetree (brianp on GitHub) has been an acting Core Contributor under the lead of Tari Labs. He has been a critical contributor to the Tari Universe and is its current principle developer.

He is a thorough thinker who has carefully balanced the needs of design and technical stringency to create Tari Universe, works on several other repositories/deployments in the project as well. His feedback was instrumental to instating the Core Contributor program.
