I am nominating @blackwolfsa for the Core Contributor program as a Code CC.

@blackwolfsa (SWvheerden on GitHub) has been an acting Core Contributor under the lead of Tari Labs. He has been a critical contributor to the L1 and is its current principle developer.

He is a straight-shooter who brings firm questions to proposals and is frequently helpful in the forums, settling matters of confusion regarding project history and technical implementation.
